Sunday night, the House voted to approve the national health care bill. In response, state lawmakers have begun to challenge the constitutionality of this bill.

A Reuters article called Florida says several states to file healthcare lawsuit was published earlier today. States filing legal challenge include South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Utah, Pennsylvania, Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota and Alabama.
