Holding Degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Management, and Law, Mr. Sale served for many years as Financial Advisor and Consultant to several large companies. He lectures on legal matters, specializing in Historic and International Finance. Until recently, he served as the Special Emissary and Special Global Envoy to Dr. R.C. Dam.
