Doc Mike’s pineapple smoothie recipe<\/a>
\nA. One 1\/2 inch pineapple ring.
\nB. One peeled banana.
\nC. 2-3 ounces of coconut milk, which is an excellent fat emulsifier.
\nD. 6-8 oz. water or juice.<\/p>\n

Slice pineapple into pieces (rind and all) and put in blender on high. Add banana (blend also, on high). Add liquid and continue to blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour and drink promptly for maximum enzyme value.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
