Leslie Carol Botha is a journalist and radio host who, for 30 years, has been educating women about their menstrual health and how their hormones affect their behaviors.<\/p>\n

Botha’s radio program entitled, \u201cHoly Hormones, Honey \u2013 The Greatest Story Never Told,\u201d is aired over KRFC FM<\/a> the first and third Mondays of the month from 6-7 pm MT.<\/p>\n

Botha and researcher H. Sandra Chevalier-Batik recently co-authored an e-book called \u201cUnderstanding Your Mood, Mind and Hormone Cycle.\u201d In addition, Botha is developing an educational pilot program for adolescents entitled \u201cGirl\u2019s Empowered \u2013 Boy\u2019s Empowered: A Comprehensive Curriculum on Adolescent Health\u201d that focuses on menstrual health education within an educational, social, political, and historical context of women\u2019s worth, value, and rights.<\/p>\n
