Lincoln III<\/a> and recent radio guest Julia Gelb join host Melinda Pillsbury-Foster in discussing the plight of Kimberly Bunn-Miller, who was recently arrested at a shelter for battered women after she served Judge Smith with two motions to remove her child custody case to the Tribal Court system due to her status as a Native American.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJudge Clay Smith would just glance at the evidence I provided \u2013 and there was a lot of it \u2013 and then look me in the eye and tell me I was lying,\u201d said Bunn-Miller. \u201cI wasn&#8217;t.
