She also describes a recent incident in Los Angeles that involved an apparent lone gunman, Tyler Brehm, who was reportedly distraught about a relationship break-up and may have been taking prescription drugs prior to his murderous rampage.<\/p>\n

The probe is full of several tons of propellant \u2014 a hefty load of toxic hydrazine and nitrogen tetroxide fuel.<\/p>\n
