Alfred Lambremont Webre is an investigative journalist and futurist whose reports have been prominently featured in print and on televised shows. His book, “Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe,”<\/a> founded the field of Exopolitics \u2013 the science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse. <\/p>\n

Webre is currently finishing up a new book called “Dimensions: The Dimensional Ecology of the Multi-verse” that integrates empirical data from intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations and intelligent civilizations of souls in the Inter-life and demonstrates a new hypothesis of a functioning ecology of intelligence in the dimensions in the multi-verse.<\/p>\n
