They left behind 16 children, including 12 with developmental disabilities.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Billings&#8217; nine-bedroom home was equipped with a surveillance camera that captured the sight of three men slipping into their house and escaping in a red van. Possible motives have not been established and authorities are attempting to sort through the complex set of business relationships between Wayne Coldiron and Leonard P.
