Rumors are ablaze that Paul Pelosi, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, set up an insurance servicing firm (a \u201cPreferred Provider\u201d) for ObamaCare whose primary function would be to collect premiums. Similar to mortgage-backed securities, actual servicing will be sold to and handled by a wholesale provider. If this allegation is true, then it would appear that the Pelosis are participating in a scheme to create an insurance bubble.<\/p>\n

In the U.K., revenue collected from the levy on CO2e emissions in a home will be compared to the costs of health care for residents and the spread will be hedged.
