Located in Lemon Grove a few miles east of San Diego, Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation is an educational nonprofit whose mission is to help the public improve their health and live longer through whole food diets, proper food preparation techniques, farming and soil management, and disease prevention.
PPNF is dedicated to the principle that diets of healthy primitive and non-industrialized peoples must be our guide to living well in the 21st Century. The living laboratory of human society has proven that only traditional diets of whole foods can insure the survival of mankind.
PPNF disseminates the research of nutrition pioneer Weston A. Price, author of “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration,” and Dr. Francis M. Pottenger, Jr., author of “Pottenger’s Cats, A Study in Nutrition.”
