Terry Cole-Whittaker is an acclaimed author, motivational speaker, and spiritual seeker who shares her joy and ageless wisdom she has learned from her teachers.

At 17 years of age, Terry was blessed by a teacher named Violet Bertram who introduced her to metaphysical truths and sacred knowledge that open the human mind to unlimited possibilities. Resonating with these concepts, Terry applied them to her life in new and wondrous ways.

In college, she used the principles to become freshman class president and homecoming queen. As a young married adult, she entered the Mrs. America Pageant and placed third. Thinking that singing was her life’s work, she performed as an opera singer with the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera. Later, she realized that teaching sacred principles was her true calling.

Forming her own company called Success Plus, Terry began conducting self-improvement seminars for Fortune 500 firms when the human potential movement was in its infancy. In preparation to becoming an ordained minister in 1973, she read and studied countless books on metaphysics and spirituality, such as those written by Religious Science founder Ernest Holmes, Thomas Troward, and Ralph Waldo Emerson. As minister of the La Jolla Church of Religious Science, Terry spearheaded one of the fastest-growing congregations on the West Coast that grew from 50 members to 5,000. Since 1979, she has written a number of best-selling books, including:
