Chris Nelson tells how AEF can help families survive a foreclosure threat

Concerned with the direction America is headed? You’re not alone! Chris Nelson shares how his American Equity Foundation nonprofit helps rebuild lives.

Christopher W. Nelson serves as Board Chairman and CEO of American Equity Foundation. He’s been involved professionally in the fields of real estate, finance, and technology for 20 years.

As co-founder of LoanStreet.com, Nelson is credited with recording the first electronic home loan, helped pioneer Title Insurance and the Multiple Listing Service for Mexico, and secured lucrative partnerships with Microsoft, DocuTouch, First American Title, Flagstar Bank, Calyx, RealEstate.com, and Fannie Mae. LoanStreet.com competed head-on with the likes of E-Loan, LendingTree, Ditech, and Home Advisor. After LoanStreet.com was sold in 2001, he took time off to consult other financial companies, conduct motivational talks, and train more than 30,000 financial professionals via his First Call Program.

During hours 2 and 3 (available to subscribers), Chris is joined on the call by California real estate agents Troy Davis and Tyler Hagerla and past radio guest Nathan MacPherson from The MacPherson Group.
