Kerry Flood Cubas describes the toxic floodwaters damaging upstate New York

“Woodstock, NY” conjures up memories of the seminal rock concert of 1969. Nowadays, it’s reeling from the double-whammy of flooding and unrestrained fracking.

Kerry Flood Cubas is an upstate New York writer and environmentalist who shares with host Dr. Robin Falkov about what’s not being reported by the mainstream media in the wake of Hurricane Irene, such as the number of people that are still missing, and the dire condition of public water supplies, polluted by the toxic waste of the natural gas extraction process (hydraulic fracturing).
