Clif High, creator of Adventures in Future Viewing (aka the Web Bot Project), will share how his sophisticated system is able to predict future events.
Clif High of Half Past Human is the original visionary behind the Web Bot Project and created the Asymmetric Language Trend Analysis (ALTA) Reports that are derived from the project. Clif and his associate George Ure are self-described “time monks” who have teamed up to produce an event forecasting system that employs web bot technology.
Clif originally developed the Web Bot Project in the late 1990’s as a tool to predict the stock market. The web project uses ‘spiders’ to search for Internet keywords, just like a search engine. When a keyword is found, the bot program takes a snapshot of the text preceding and following the keyword. This data snapshot is captured and entered into an archetypal database using methods that are based on radical linguistics. Linked words, phrases, and emotions that are part of the massive (300,000+) database are assigned numeric values that Clif calls, ’emotional impact indicators.’ Using this database, Clif and his colleagues are able to make accurate forecasts based on changes in language patterns within Internet discussions.
Conceptually, the project is designed to tap into the collective unconscious of the Universe and its inhabitants that is objectified as filtered web chatter. An unusual aspect to the project is the idea of a “tipping point” regarding past, current, and future times.
In 2001, the bot operators began to notice that they could predict other events besides the stock market. In June of that year, their program foretold that a life-altering event affecting the global community would take place within the next 60-90 days. That prediction played itself out with uncanny and alarming accuracy when the Twin Towers in New York City fell on September 11, 2001.
The forecasts of Half Past Human are available to subscribers, only. Extracts are occasionally posted on George Ure’s website, UrbanSurvival.com.
Clif states that Half Past Human is not alone in forecasting the future. All humans do it, to some degree. Just a quick search of the Internet will uncover astrological and other forms of future forecasting.
During the coming months, Clif and George strongly recommend self-sufficiency and the ability to live off the grid. The bot program predicts that a worldwide calamity will take place in the year 2012.
