Dr. Orly Taitz discusses her legal case involving Obama's birth certificate

Dr. Orly Taitz describes the fine and contempt of court order issued by a judge who refuses to hear her case that questions President Obama’s birth certificate.

Federal District Court Judge Clay Land issued a 43-page report ridiculing Dr. Taitz’s attempt to use the court system to advance a “frivolous” claim that the sitting President is not a natural-born citizen of the United States.

By sheer coincidence, the same week that Judge Land issued his contempt of court order against Dr. Taitz, researchers and interested parties locate an archived news article on the Internet entitled “Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate” that was apparently published by The Standard in June, 2004.

Was the $20K fine enough? Maybe when Taitz becomes a real lawyer she will appreciate what just happened. I wonder if she is a mail order bride, just like her law degree? She is perfect reporter material for “Fake News”, where unfounded rumors and innuendo reign supreme , unlike a our US courts of law, where you need to present documented facts, not half baked lies (prepare for more failures).

When flies get too close to the lights they get burned, Taitz just got burned, thing is, like a fly she will continue, no end in sight. Poor little Birthers they are haters not debaters.

A lawyer, dentist, realtor and black belt, wow I must say a JACK of all trades master of none.

  2. Paul, your comments on this web site can be interpreted as a character assassination attempt offered without proof that is directed at one of our featured radio guests. That is not an acceptable comment.

Ad hominem, From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Announcing it’s “not her lucky day,” a federal judge in Washington, D.C., has told an eligibility attorney he has dismissed her case demanding information from the Social Security Administration regarding President Obama’s Social Security Number, sought because of suspicions it may be fraudulent.
