Cheri Seymour, author of "The Last Circle," lays the blueprint for gov't crimes against humanity

Cheri Seymour’s follow-up study of Danny Casolaro’s investigation of the PROMIS Software Scandal and the criminal network known as the Octopus is documented in her new book, The Last Circle.

Cheri Seymour is a freelance journalist and former private detective who is the author of another hard-hitting book called “Committee of the States: Inside the Radical Right.”

She spent 18 years reviewing and verifying the investigative research started by Washington D.C. journalist Danny Casolaro (1947-91), who died under mysterious circumstances shortly after telling friends that he had planned to travel to Indio, California, to complete a book entitled, “Behold A Pale Horse: A True Crime Narrative.” The Last Circle explains how politicians and officials have been participating for decades in a high-stakes game that uses a modified version of the PROMIS (Prosecutor’s Management Information System) software to conceal their criminal involvement in narcotics trafficking, money laundering, arms sales, and espionage.
