The Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Josh Fox was handcuffed and arrested as he attempted to film a Congressional hearing on the controversial natural gas drilling technique, known as fracking, which the Environmental Protection Agency recently reported caused water contamination in Pavillion, Wyoming.
