Alfred Webre covers topics he will discuss at the Chemtrails Conference

Alfred Webre, a featured presenter at the Consciousness Beyond Chemtrails Conference, discusses the use of chemtrails—the spraying of aerosols into the Earth’s atmosphere.

Alfred Lambremont Webre is an investigative journalist and futurist whose reports have been prominently featured in print and on televised shows. His book, “Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe,” founded the field of Exopolitics – the science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.

Webre is planning to release a new book in 2013 called “Dimensions: The Dimensional Ecology of the Multi-verse” that integrates empirical data from intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations and intelligent civilizations of souls in the Inter-life and demonstrates a new hypothesis of a functioning ecology of intelligence in the dimensions in the multi-verse.
